Constructed with fabric from the renowned Cone Mills, the “Prestige” jacket from 1932 is a faithful rendition of the classic Type I jacket. It features traditional details like a triple pleated placket with removable stitches, a cinched back with pleats, and a spacious single chest pocket. The pocket flaps are secured with sturdy copper saddle rivets, while the selvage edge adorns the inside of the center front. Taped seams and reinforced sleeve seams and armholes add extra durability. The images depict a jacket made from vintage Natural Indigo 15oz fabric from Cone Mills’ White Oak factory. Customers have the choice between a regular or slim fit, with more details available in our fit guide. When selecting a size, be sure to check the detailed measurements rather than going by tag size.
